Remains of a dual basilica (basilica gemina) dating back to the late 5th and the early 6th century (the period of Late Antiquity) are situated in the hinterland of Srima.

It is assumed that originally there was only one church, but due to the increased number of monks the other almost identical building was added soon after.

In the vicinity of the basilica two Illyric graves were found.
